Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why do I have to fill out a health questionnaire before my first treatment?

The questionnaire  is written by the client, in order to know the state of your health and the basic information. We need to know before the treatment what kind of fractures the client has, what kind of medications there client is taking, what serious illnesses the client has had, what is being treated for, types of allergies, intolerances, etc.

Admit it, you can't see this on the body.

2. Contraindications:

  • Arthritis (rheumatic disease), oedema (swelling) , epilepsy, joint disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, psoriasis, eczema,

3. When maderotherapy can not be performed:

  • Pregnant women, during breastfeeding, elevated temperature, diarrhoea, infectious diseases, thrombosis, cancer patients, postoperative wounds up to 3 months, bulging varicose veins,

4. I was taking antibiotics .... in this case :

The body is weakened and even if we already feel well the effect of the antibiotics is still in our body. Therefore, maderotherapy cannot be performed immediately.

You have been taking antibiotics for 3-6 days - 2 weeks of break from maderotherapy

You have taken antibiotics for 7-14 days - 4 weeks of break from maderotherapy

More than 15 days - 6 to 8 weeks , that madero can not be performed

5. Course of treatment :

At the first visit, you need to fulfill a health questionnaire  and we will review it together. You will then put on a disposable thong and bra.

Before the treatment, special anatomical pictures (three of them) will be explained , to understand better how the treatment is done and everything about the lymphatic system and how it works in our body and then we can start the treatment :)

The treatment is done with professional oils and anatomically designed wooden rollers.

6. Payment

  • cash or bank transfer

7. Why maderotherapy can't hurt or bruise?

The lymph is in the 1st layer (just under the skin) and so we have no reason to press on the lymph with the rollers. If the lymph is pushed on, it clogs up even more.

8. What affects the functioning of the lymphatic system?

The flow of lymph and the work of the lymph nodes is dependent on supporting the flow of lymph fluid through the movement of muscles, fascia, circulation and breath. And also on what we eat, drink, ingest through the skin and stress.

9. Which herbs support lymph?

  • Turmeric, cinnamon, fresh ginger, nutmeg, chives, basil, dill, sage, oregano, ground paprika, cumin, mint, thyme, Italian strawberry, lemon balm, anise, lime, calendula, dandelion, dandelion, harpagophytum procumbens .

10. Which essential oils support lymph?

- Grapefruit, lemon, geranium, frankincense, rosemary, cedar.
